Our wine lineup would not be complete without this ”Orange wine”. This wine is crafted to express the quality and the complexity that skin contact with white grapes can achieve. This wine is elegant, well balance with great depth of flavours, dry and focused, perfect to pair with light grilled fish or veggies on the BBQ.

Medium-intensity golden hue
This wine showcases medium aromatic intensity with remarkable complexity for its age. Prominent notes of pear, peach, and tangerine are complemented by subtle hints of honey, almonds, and marzipan. Fresh, herbaceous nuances of hay and tomato leaf add depth to the bouquet.
On the palate, the influence of oak aging is evident, lending delicate spicy notes and reinforcing flavors of honey and ripe fruits. The tannins are fine and well-integrated, while perfectly balanced acidity adds liveliness and harmony. A versatile wine with good structure and exceptional gastronomic potential.

Viticulture:
The weather in 2023 can be defined as a hot and humid year. Average temperatures stayed above the long term average for most of the months until August. It was a generous year in terms of rain, with December 2022 and June clearly above the average. This trend for above average rain extended to the harvest time, which was not very welcomed by us.
Fermentation:
Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast) took place in lagar, in contact with the skins for 10 days.
Aging:
Malolactic fermentation occurred in used 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels, where it remained for 24 months with regular batonnage. Finally, the wine was patiently allowed to naturally settle, and when it reached clarity, it was bottled without filtration. Teresa Batista and Mariana Rosária
