Medium-intensity purple
Expressive and fruit-forward, with notes of redcurrant, fresh cherry, red blueberries, and a subtle touch of licorice that adds depth.
Light on the palate with soft tannins and a delicate body. The fruit flavors carry through with clarity and freshness, ending clean and pleasant.

Viticulture:
The year 2023 was defined by hot and humid conditions. Average temperatures remained above the long-term norm for most months until August. It was a generous year in terms of rainfall, with December 2022 and June clearly exceeding average precipitation. This trend of above-average rain extended into harvest time, which was not particularly welcome for us.
Fermentation:
After gentle destemming, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at 24°C, using selected yeast strains to emphasize the wine’s primary fruit character. Gentle pump-overs ensured soft tannin extraction, avoiding over-extraction. Total skin contact was limited to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s freshness. The wine was bottled early with minimal oak influence, showcasing red berry, floral, and spice notes in a fresh, easy-drinking style.
Aging:
Kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
