Inspired by BRAVO, the mythical guardian of the Douro, these organic wines come from Quinta da Trovisca, at 450–500 meters altitude. The schist soil and elevation bring freshness and minerality, resulting in a youthful, vibrant style full of personality. Both white and red show a firm and pure character, made for those who appreciate the true essence of terroir.

Bright-medium purple
Fresh and floral, led by notes of violets. It’s followed by a vibrant array of red fruits like raspberry, cherry, and red plum, with a subtle hint of black pepper adding a sophisticated layer.
This wine is all about elegance and a silky mouthfeel. It’s incredibly smooth, with a refreshing and spicy finish that makes it dangerously seductive.

Viticulture:
2024 brought a balanced growing season in the Douro, with a cool, wet winter and mild spring. Warm, dry conditions in summer allowed steady ripening. A brief heatwave in late July was managed with careful canopy work. By early October, we harvested healthy, concentrated red grapes with great freshness and structure.
Fermentation:
Grapes were gently destemmed and wild-fermented in stainless steel at 24°C. Light and infrequent pump-overs ensured soft tannin extraction. After 10 days of skin contact, malolactic fermentation took place in tank.
Aging:
Aged 18 months in stainless steel to preserve purity and soften tannins.
