Deep Ruby
owerfully aromatic with incredible diversity. It opens with a burst of dark fruits—wild blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry jam—balanced by a refreshing balsamic edge of mint, eucalyptus, and rockrose (esteva)
The sweetness is perfectly poised against a backbone of excellent acidity. Having spent six years aging—including two years in large chestnut vats—the tannins are beautifully tamed, resulting in a silky, velvety texture with a long, fragrant, and persistent finish.

Viticulture:
2020 was marked by a warm and predominantly dry growing season. A rainy winter replenished soil reserves, followed by a hot summer that accelerated ripening and reduced yields. Harvest took place under stable, dry conditions, delivering concentrated, well-structured grapes
Fermentation:
Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control, allowing a precise and careful extraction while preserving the purity and freshness of the fruit. Controlled fermentation ensured aromatic definition and structural harmony, highlighting the intrinsic character of the grapes and their origin.
Aging:
After fermentation, the wine was aged for 2.5 years in stainless steel, maintaining vibrancy and fruit expression. This was followed by 1.5 years in chestnut tonel (100% wood), where the wine gained complexity, texture, and subtle oxidative notes. The use of chestnut wood contributed to a distinctive structure and refined tannin integration, enhancing depth while preserving balance and elegance.
