With a captivating intensity, the wine exudes enchanting notes of violet and rose. This aromatic journey unfolds into a medley of red and black fruits—plum, cherry, currant, and blackberry. Subtle hints of raisin add depth, while a gentle undertone of vanilla meets a touch of black pepper, creating a harmonious and inviting aromatic ensemble.
Red fruit takes center stage, orchestrating a prolonged and refined experience. The tannins, both round and persistent, contribute to the wine’s velvety texture, while a medium acidity adds a refreshing and balanced note to this captivating composition.

Viticulture:
Estate grown grapes, hand-harvested. Fermented: Grapes were destemmed and crushed, fermented on selected yeast, followed by a full malolactic on the naturally ocurring bacteria.
Aging:
Aged for 16 months in used 500-liter French oak barrels.
