As our vineyards are getting older, and we are learning more from our viticulture, we are able to isolate a small portion of our very best grapes. It shows all the concentration and elegance that a Douro white wine can achieve.

Clear, with an intense yellow-gold color and greenish hints
Intense aroma with strong notes of tropical fruit, ripe fruit, and citrus. Ripe stone fruit (melon, peach, apricot, ripe golden apple) with citrus nuances (lemon zest) and passion fruit pulp. Subtle hints of vanilla and tobacco.
Dry and marked by acidity. Full-bodied with a delicate sense of effervescence. Primary notes of stone fruit (golden apple, peach, and some pear), citrus (some passion fruit and lemon), and white flower notes. Well-integrated wood with a velvety mid-palate featuring toasted vanilla notes in contrast with a crisp acidity. Long and persistent finish with a fruity ending, enhanced by hints of vanilla and dried fruits.

Viticulture:
In 2021, the winter was rainy followed by a mild spring and summer. The harvest commenced in August and was prolonged with cool weather and rain.
Fermentation:
The grapes were gently pressed, and the must underwent a slow fermentation process at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks for one week, followed by three additional weeks in barrels.
Aging:
The wine was aged for seven months in French oak barrels of 500 liters with weekly battonage. 78% of the barrels being used and 22% being new.
