With our vineyards maturing and our viticulture techniques improving, we have been able to handpick only the best grapes from our harvest to create this exceptional wine. Intense golden yellow color
Very intense nose, filled with fruits like pear and Canary melon.
The entry is very fruit, rich texture and flavours of golden apple. The mid palate shows nice and refreshing citrusy notes, silky texture. The finish is long and very impressive with great lenght and intensity as the fruity and citrusy flavours keep on lingering.

Viticulture:
2020 was an unusually hot year in all seasons but with sufficient levels of precipitation, giving rise to good, albeit rapid, ripening. The harvest started in August and was short and quick, hand-picked so that the grapes reached the ideal moment of maturation.
Fermentation:
Grapes were pressed whole-clustered, fermented on selected yeasts.
Aging:
Aged for 12 months in two years old 500-liter French oak barrels.
