Our Ruby Reserve is crafted from our 5 years old reserve, and is showing great complexity while retaining all the great purity and concentration of a young Ruby.
Viticulture: Hand-harvested, sustainably-grown grapes from owned and sourced vineyards.
Fermentation: Fermented on the native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: Once most of the natural decantion is finished, this Port was blended with other vintages for bottling, making an average of 5 years in stainless steel tanks. Pad filtered at bottling.
