We organize 3 shipments per year, in February, June, and October. If you join the Qlub for a one-time trial, you’ll receive the latest one (or the next one if sold out).

By purchasing a Qlub subscription, the total amount will be charged at this moment.  There will not be any further fees concerning the Qlub subscription and its shipment.

We ship to every country of the European Union and the UK.

You have the option to subscribe for a full year or for 4 months as a trial period.

The club shipments are on us.  Then any purchase from our store will have a flat rate of 15 euros for Portuguese orders and 20 euros for international orders.  Any orders above 50 euros within Portugal will be free of shipping charges, 125 for international orders.

Once we are ready to ship the new release, we will communicate with our Qlub members.  From that day, it should arrive within 5 working days. Of course, due to reasons out of our control, some delays could happen.

Yes, but do not expect a full refund.  It will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• 15% on all of our shop products during the 1 year subscription period.
• 10% on all of our shop products during the 4 monthly subscription period.

The discounts are automatically applied in the shop when logged in.

With your first shipment of the Qlub, you’ll receive a card for this purpose. Present it at our wine tasting experience in Vila Nova de Gaia or at our winery in São João da Pesqueira.

For any reason, if the package is sent back to us, we will contact you and if you decide to ship it again, there will be shipping fees applied.

For corked wines, we will always exchange it at the winery for a new one.  Our transporter will never deliver broken bottles, the package will be sent back to us and sent again without any extra cost.
