Grape Vine Pruning - First Step to Have a Good Harvest

We would like to share with you how we prune the vines of our vineyards. We use to start pruning early January and it lasts until beginning of March, depending mainly on the altitude of the vines. The prune is very important for the preparation of the following harvests. We have a conservative approach, looking for low production of concentrated bunches, not higher than 4 tn. /ha.
