Claudia’s Reserve is a careful selection from the grapes of our best Quintas. We do not follow a recipe, the composition will vary from year to year as we express what nature gives us.

Dark ruby
Rich red and black fruit notes, with the predominance of blackberry and plum.
Firm acidity, with a nice tannic structure, though soft and balanced.
Touriga Franca (35%), Tinta Roriz (30%), Touriga Nacional (30%), Tinto Cão (2,5%), Tinta Amarela (2,5%)
Alcohol – 13,0% Total Acidity – 5,01(g/l) pH – 3,53 Residual Sugar – 2,1(g/l)
Viticulture:
The long and very wet winter helped create water reserves the vines needed, which were then used during the very hot days of August.
Fermentation:
Fermented in stainless steel vats with long maceration. Have undergone malolactic fermentation.
Aging:
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
