Claudia’s Reserve is a careful selection from the grapes of our best Quintas. We do not follow a recipe, the composition will vary from year to year as we express what nature gives us.

Straw green with golden nuances
Intense and complex with fruit, mineral and wood notes perfectly integrated.
On the palate has a full body, persistent and well balanced. The acidity gives it vivacity.

Viticulture:
The year of 2018 was very rainy until the end of June, that brought us problems of humidity on the fields resulting in diseases on the vines. August was very hot and dry, which helped the vines to complete the maturation of the grapes. In the end, we had less production but great quality! Grapes were hand picked.
Fermentation:
Gently crusted and fermented in French oak barrels.
Aging:
Aged for 8 months on fine lees in French oak barrels.
