Winemaking Details
Viticulture:
2021 had a rainy winter, a mild spring and summer. The grapes were harvested in early October, showing a good balance between sugar acidity and phenolic maturation. Organic hand-harvested Quinta da Trovisca vineyard grapes.
Fermentation:
destemmed and crushed grapes. Part of the wine aged in French oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel tanks.
